We are happy to offer one-to-one coaching for individuals who may feel personal support is more appropriate than large group training and development. For example, for one client we provide 6 one-hour sessions in the day, where each individual can work with the coach for an hour on any issue they wish to discuss. We do this for our standard daily fee. We also provide one-to-one coaching privately, as requested.

We regularly are asked to help middle and senior managers prepare for a new job - including interview coaching and feedback, and help with CVs, applications and presentations. We have a success rate of over 80% in this area.

We have a different pricing policy for this service.

If you fail to get the job - then no job, no fee!

If however, you do get offered the job, we charge a fee equivalent to 2% of the basic salary of the new job.
