Case 1:
Helping in the redesign and restructure of an entire Division, including re-writing competency based Job Descriptions and Person Specifications, then helping in the design and delivery of Development Centres to benchmark key posts. ETD project managed the whole process on behalf of the client.
Outcome: successful restructuring of the Division, within budget and the agreed timetable.
Case 2:
Designing, running and evaluating a staff attitude survey, then suggesting actions to tackle the issues raised, and helping the organisation implement them
Outcome: measurable improvement in staff morale generally, and key actions requested by the staff successfully implemented
Case 3:
Introduction of performance-led culture into private sector organisation without such a culture, and with declining profits. Services provided included design of change strategy; coaching of senior managers who would lead the change; and series of training sessions in performance management for all company managers.
Outcome: successful implementation of change programme; new culture now embedded, and being cascaded into regional offices
Case 4:
Design and implementation of Council-wide Performance Management Framework, including: advice on rationale; design and delivery of pilot programme including 4 teams in two service areas; writing of underpinning manual; training of key staff.
Outcome: introduction and implementation of Performance Management Framework throughout organisation
