We are specialists in facilitating groups or teams, who need a neutral but specialist facilitator who will manage the process, allowing participants to concentrate on content. We will:

• help the group set an agenda, if required
• manage the day, ensuring those present keep to the agenda, and to time
• ensure everyone has the opportunity to contribute
• help keep the meeting focused
• intervene constructively if necessary
• ensure the group take decisions and action, and reach agreement where necessary
• record all decisions, actions and outcomes

and, if requested:

• contribute an external view, where appropriate
• act as devil's advocate

Problems into solutions

We often help clients address key problems or issues facing teams or staff groups. We take the group away for a day, or half day, and work with the group to identify the problems and convert them into solutions and action plans
